Pretty happy overall. Dashboards and alerts for production AI just works and guardrails for generative AI safety and security. Requires setup and integration effort can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

On balance the feature set — especially model performance and drift monitoring — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
