Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: to-do list style interface and simple list-based input fits existing habits. On balance the feature set — especially to-do list style interface — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on handles repetitive or routine work, and executes routine work autonomously caught me off guard. Autonomous execution may need oversight for sensitive tasks is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
