I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is job-to-candidate matching — handled better than most — and customizable with your own data and prompts. Learning curve for complex workflows is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-agent workflow automation is exactly what I needed, and customizable with your own data and prompts. I do wish limited niche recruitment integrations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
