I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is unified contacts management — handled better than most — and combines email, calendar, tasks, and contacts in one tool. WhatsApp support not yet available is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

On balance the feature set — especially integrated calendar and meeting scheduling — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
