Pretty happy overall. Native integration with Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds just works and covers sales, service, marketing, and commerce use cases. Consumption-based pricing can be hard to predict can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is data Cloud grounding and retrieval — handled better than most — and deeply integrated with Salesforce data and workflows. Setup and tuning require Salesforce expertise is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Autonomous and assistive AI agents is exactly what I needed, and covers sales, service, marketing, and commerce use cases. I do wish limited flexibility outside the Salesforce ecosystem, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
