Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. AI voice agent with natural conversation is exactly what I needed, and can reduce activation drop-off and support load. I do wish best suited to web-based SaaS products, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: live UI navigation and feature highlighting and navigates the live UI rather than showing static slides. Where it lags: best suited to web-based SaaS products. On balance the feature set — especially analytics on user onboarding journeys — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and can reduce activation drop-off and support load. Embeddable into existing web apps fits neatly into how we already work, and personalized onboarding flows per user removed a step we used to do by hand.
