I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on autonomous AI support agents, and configurable brand voice and escalation rules caught me off guard. I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is human escalation and handoff — handled better than most — and configurable brand voice and escalation rules. Setup and tuning needed to match brand standards is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
