Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Integrations with common business systems is exactly what I needed, and tailored to legal and compliance use cases. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is client and employee intake automation — handled better than most — and combines workflow automation with AI document analysis. Primarily focused on enterprise and law firm buyers is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and tailored to legal and compliance use cases. No-code application and workflow builder fits neatly into how we already work, and collaboration and version control for legal apps removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve for building complex workflows, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: no-code application and workflow builder and tailored to legal and compliance use cases. Where it lags: learning curve for building complex workflows. On balance the feature set — especially integrations with common business systems — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
