Pretty happy overall. Templates for common research paradigms just works and pre-built templates reduce setup time for studies. Commercial licensing can be costly for small teams can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Where it lags: niche focus on research and enterprise training. On balance the feature set — especially multi-headset and peripheral support — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on session replay and behavioral analytics, and aI-powered virtual humans for realistic interaction caught me off guard. Commercial licensing can be costly for small teams is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
