Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Export to common text and subtitle formats just works and speaker labels and timestamps included. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and speaker labels and timestamps included. Automatic speech-to-text transcription fits neatly into how we already work, and export to common text and subtitle formats removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited built-in editing tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Batch processing and automation is exactly what I needed, and supports many languages and accents. I do wish advanced features require paid plans, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
