Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated follow-up sequences just works and helps qualify and route leads automatically. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation summaries and smart replies — handled better than most — and automates follow-ups and data entry. Most useful only for Salesmate customers is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Multi-channel engagement across email and chat is exactly what I needed, and handles both sales and support conversations. I do wish most useful only for Salesmate customers, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
