I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on broad job listing network, and wide reach across job listings and partners caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on data quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and speeds up the application and hiring process. Candidate-to-job matching fits neatly into how we already work, and candidate-to-job matching removed a step we used to do by hand. May require integration work with existing ATS, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
