Pretty happy overall. Team collaboration support just works and natural language search across company knowledge. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is workflow automation builder — handled better than most — and natural language search across company knowledge. Less useful for very small teams with few tools is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
