Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: custom agents and workflow automation and unified search across many enterprise apps. Where it lags: setup and tuning require IT involvement. On balance the feature set — especially permission-aware results — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and respects existing permissions and access controls. Custom agents and workflow automation fits neatly into how we already work, and admin governance and analytics removed a step we used to do by hand.
