Panoramica

HubSpot is a customer platform that brings marketing, sales, and customer service tools together on top of a shared Smart CRM. Its AI layer, Breeze, powers agents and copilots that help teams draft content, qualify leads, research prospects, and respond to support tickets without leaving the workflow. The platform is modular, with Hubs for marketing automation, sales pipelines, service desks, content management, and operations. Teams can start with a free CRM and expand into paid tiers as they grow, while built-in reporting and integrations connect HubSpot to the rest of the go-to-market stack. It is generally aimed at small to mid-market businesses, though enterprise editions extend to larger revenue teams that want an all-in-one alternative to stitching together separate point tools.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is sales pipelines, sequences, and deal tracking — handled better than most — and large ecosystem of apps and integrations. Customization can feel limited vs. Salesforce is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: reporting dashboards and revenue analytics and large ecosystem of apps and integrations. On balance the feature set — especially breeze AI agents for content, prospecting, and support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
