I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on configurable prompts and memory, and customizable agent behavior and tools caught me off guard. Smaller ecosystem than larger AI platforms is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Where it lags: requires technical knowledge to configure effectively. On balance the feature set — especially tool and function calling support — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
