Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Natural AI voice responses just works and natural conversational flow. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on hands-free workflow support, and useful for auditory learners caught me off guard. Requires quiet environment for accuracy is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: document upload and parsing and natural conversational flow. Where it lags: less precise than text for technical queries. On balance the feature set — especially voice-based document Q&A — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for auditory learners. Document upload and parsing fits neatly into how we already work, and spoken summaries of content removed a step we used to do by hand. Less precise than text for technical queries, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
