Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is support for conversational use cases like support and booking — handled better than most — and combines STT, NLP, and TTS in one platform. May require integration work for telephony or existing stacks is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces development overhead for voice agents. Natural language understanding for agent responses fits neatly into how we already work, and natural language understanding for agent responses removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing and scalability details not always clear upfront, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Text-to-speech voice output is exactly what I needed, and combines STT, NLP, and TTS in one platform. I do wish may require integration work for telephony or existing stacks, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Real-time speech-to-text transcription just works and reduces development overhead for voice agents. Pricing and scalability details not always clear upfront can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: real-time speech-to-text transcription and suited for customer-facing voice automation. Where it lags: may require integration work for telephony or existing stacks. On balance the feature set — especially real-time speech-to-text transcription — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Real-time speech-to-text transcription is exactly what I needed, and real-time speech processing with low latency. I do wish voice agent quality depends on careful prompt and flow design, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
