Přehled

ContractGenie is a contract intelligence agent designed to streamline the legal document workflow for businesses, legal teams, and freelancers. It uses AI to draft new agreements from templates or prompts, review existing contracts for risks, and surface key clauses, obligations, and deadlines. By automating repetitive review tasks, ContractGenie helps teams move from contract intake to signature faster while reducing the chance of missing critical terms. Users can interact with the agent in natural language to ask questions about a document, request edits, or generate redline suggestions. It is positioned as an assistant rather than a replacement for legal counsel, making it suitable for in-house teams, small firms, and operations groups that handle high volumes of routine agreements.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated clause and risk analysis is exactly what I needed, and speeds up contract drafting and review. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and natural language Q&A on documents. Natural language chat with documents fits neatly into how we already work, and automated clause and risk analysis removed a step we used to do by hand. Not a substitute for qualified legal advice, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-assisted contract drafting from templates, and highlights risky clauses and missing terms caught me off guard. Not a substitute for qualified legal advice is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: redline and edit suggestions and natural language Q&A on documents. On balance the feature set — especially key term and obligation extraction — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
