Преглед

Inferable is an open-source developer platform focused on simplifying the creation of production-grade AI agents and workflow automations. It provides the underlying infrastructure—orchestration, state management, and tool execution—so engineers can focus on agent logic rather than plumbing. Built with reliability and security in mind, Inferable lets developers wire existing code and APIs into agent workflows while maintaining control over execution, observability, and access. Its open-source nature makes it suitable for teams that need transparency, self-hosting options, or deeper customization than closed SaaS alternatives typically allow.

Ключови функции

  • Agent orchestration and workflow engine
  • Secure tool and function execution
  • State and execution management
  • Observability for agent runs
  • SDKs for integrating existing services
  • Self-hostable open-source deployment

Случаи на употреба

Build Production-Grade AI Agents

Engineering teams can develop reliable AI agents with built-in orchestration, state management, and observability instead of building infrastructure from scratch.

Self-Hosted Agent Platform for Compliance

Organizations with strict data or regulatory requirements can self-host Inferable to retain full control over agent execution, data, and tool access.

Automate Workflows Using Existing APIs

Developers can wire current internal services and APIs into agent-driven workflows via SDKs, automating multi-step processes without rewriting existing code.

Observability for Agent Runs

Teams running AI agents in production can monitor executions, debug failures, and audit tool calls using built-in observability features.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. State and execution management is exactly what I needed, and transparent and customizable architecture. I do wish self-hosting adds operational overhead, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is self-hostable open-source deployment — handled better than most — and open-source with self-hosting flexibility. Smaller community than larger agent frameworks is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: secure tool and function execution and open-source with self-hosting flexibility. Where it lags: self-hosting adds operational overhead. On balance the feature set — especially agent orchestration and workflow engine — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is sDKs for integrating existing services — handled better than most — and integrates with existing code and services. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and built for reliability in production workloads. State and execution management fits neatly into how we already work, and secure tool and function execution removed a step we used to do by hand. Smaller community than larger agent frameworks, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
