Übersicht

Superinterface is a developer platform for adding AI-powered chat and assistant experiences directly into web apps and websites. It focuses on interactive interfaces, letting teams ship assistants that can render custom components, trigger actions, and connect to backend functions rather than just returning plain text. The platform supports multiple LLM providers, function calling, voice, and retrieval over your own data sources. Developers can integrate via React components, a JavaScript script tag, or an API, making it suitable for SaaS products, documentation sites, and internal tools that need branded conversational UI.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on multi-model LLM support, and function calling and custom actions caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and interactive UI components inside chat responses. Function calling for backend actions fits neatly into how we already work, and voice conversations removed a step we used to do by hand. Geared toward developers, not no-code users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: function calling for backend actions and interactive UI components inside chat responses. On balance the feature set — especially function calling for backend actions — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Custom assistant UI components is exactly what I needed, and interactive UI components inside chat responses. I do wish geared toward developers, not no-code users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
